Managed 6 co-packing facilities responsible for shop floor scheduling requirements, leading daily plant calls. Completed draw down of all 6 underperforming co-pack facilities during management reorganization.

Developed and maintained weekly/monthly production schedule for global chilled Produce and Center Store Fruit business (reporting two levels above me in the absence of a direct report), comprising over 125 SKUs. Led production requirements with foreign co-manufacturers to include Mexico, China, Chile, Peru, Philippines, and Thailand adhering to seasonal pack and supply constraints. Planned rolling 13 week and 18 month production volumes in SAP APO, issuing POs, and creating stock transfers in SAP ECC. Partnered and collaborated with Sales, Marketing, QA, Finance, DC Ops and R&D, to support several new product introduction (NPI) launches as well as maintaining ongoing business. Teamed with Demand Planning to ensure improved accuracy on monthly forecasts for various SKUs. Partnered with company owned warehousing as well as 3PLs for various cost saving initiatives, capacity relief, old age stock risk mitigation, etc. Deployed finished goods to cold chain and ambient warehousing maintaining optimal transportation modes while maintaining service goals of 99%.

Supported Vegetable and Broth Sales and Marketing by accurately maintaining monthly forecasts at the SKU and DC level. Continued Marine Corps Reserve Duty as Captain, Executive Officer for an Artillery Battery, responsible for the training, health, and welfare of a 120-person COMBAT READY team in an ever changing environment and relentless operations tempo. Managed and led various groups under high stress environment. Also performed duties as Platoon Commander responsible for the health, welfare, management and training for a 60-person artillery platoon.
