With a background that spans from executive leadership at public companies to investment banking and startup ventures, I've embraced the entrepreneurial spirit and learned valuable lessons along the way.My journey started in the world of finance, where I gained a solid foundation in corporate finance during my tenure in investment banking and private equity. However, I soon realized my true calling was in entrepreneurship. I ventured into the startup world, launching multiple companies and, yes, at times, failing along the way. But core to my founder mindset, failure is a stepping stone to success, and those experiences have been instrumental in shaping Carmatic. As a passionate product and operational business leader with over two decades of experience as a C-Level executive and founder, I've had the privilege of defining, building, launching, and scaling innovative enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and marketplace B2B2C internet platforms.My development philosophy revolves around putting the customer first and being data-driven and transparent. I firmly believe in solving end-user pain points with elegant digital solutions.
