I regularly counsel our construction and real estate clients on industry best practices on matters such as strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, establishing and upgrading job costing systems, cost segregation, profit enhancement, and succession planning.Manufacturing: I keep manufacturers on the leading edge of industry developments, tax issues, and best practices by providing specialized accounting, taxation, and consulting resources.Funds Control: I am the Managing Partner of New England Funds Control, LLC (NEFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARB, specializing in providing disbursement control services to the surety and construction industries on residential, commercial, and government construction projects. Succession Planning: As a Certified Exit Planner, I serve as the Succession Planning Services Group Practice Leader for ARB. Additionally, I serve as the Director of Altus Exit Strategies, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARB that provides exit planning advisory services to business owners.

As a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Exit Planner and Principal with Albin, Randall & Bennett, CPAs, David brings financial consulting and tax expertise to the exit planning process. He not only guides clients through the 7-step exit planning process; he also provides insight on the tax benefits and potential tax consequences around timing a successful and profitable exit from their businesses. David has deep experience working in collaboration with lawyers, financial advisors and other business advisors on behalf of business owners.
