Limerick Chamber is a Not for Profit business representative organisation. Limerick Chamber is one of the major provincial Chambers of Commerce in Ireland with some 500 member companies representing industry, trade, commerce, tourism and the professional services. The Limerick Chamber covers Limerick City, Limerick County, Shannon – where we have a branch office and South East Clare. We are affiliated to Chambers Ireland which links us to a network of some 60 chambers with 13,000 members around the country.

Provide IT support services to Copytype's customers. Work with clients to diagnose IT issues which affect their Busines Equipment systems. Provide design, installation, training and after sales support for Copytype's document management solution. Manage and maintain in-house and clients network infrastructures.

Worked as part of a four man global team developing an enterprise communications platform known as “Enterprise Business System” (EBS). As this was a small team, my role exposed me to all aspects of product development from requirements gathering through to testing and delivery. Three members were based in Los Angeles, whilst I was based in Limerick. Interpersonal communication was achieved via regular conference calls and email. This project has been successfully launched in the US and is currently being distributed by R.B. Zack & Associates, Inc. www.rbza.com. As well as the commitment to the EBS project I provided technical support for existing European clients.

Developed a prototype for instant messaging software, as part of a concept idea which later lead to DataMate Global Communications being established.
