De werkzaamheden bestonden voornamelijk uit het verrichten van dossier- en jurisprudentieonderzoek; rechtszittingen en cliëntenmeetings bijwonen en het schrijven van memo's en juridische artikelen voor publicaties. Verscheidene onderwerpen behandeld waaronder witwassen en fraude, ondernemings- en bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid, sancties i.v.m. overtreding milieuwetgeving, etc. In het bijzonder heb ik veel werkzaamheden verricht in het kader van het hoger beroep van een cliënt uit de vastgoedfraudezaak Klimop.

Ondersteunende werkzaamheden verricht voor en onder de hoede van twee advocates. De werkzaamheden bestonden voornamelijk uit het verrichten van dossier- en jurisprudentieonderzoek; meelopen met piketdiensten van de advocates; rechtszittingen en cliëntenmeetings bijwonen en het schrijven van memo's en juridische artikelen, waaronder een annotatie bij een uitspraak van de Hoge Raad. Verscheidene onderwerpen behandeld uit het commuun en bijzonder strafrecht.
