My role is to lead the Technical recruitment function within the UK for across four divisions, Group Technology, Connect, Intelligence and Informa Tech. My role is to own the full recruitment cycle, providing consultative support to hiring managers and senior leaders whilst championing the candidate experience. I work across a wide range of functions including all Technology, Analytics and Finance (circa 250 headcount) and make 60 to 80 hires in a typical year, from graduate to “head of function” level.
