I am a passionate and skilled senior user experience designer who strives to create engaging and effective user experiences for internal software products at Centene, the largest managed care organization in the U.S. I believe in user-centered design principles and best practices, and work to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all of Centene's digital solutions. I enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business analysts, to understand the user needs, goals, and pain points, and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques, and to share my knowledge and insights with others.In my current role, I help lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal software products, using Figma and Miro. I help conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience. I create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and present them to stakeholders and users for validation and feedback. I also advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, and work to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all of Centene's digital solutions.
