As the Assistant Director of Business Services, I am responsible for managing the HawkCard (campus ID card) Office staff and operations; overseeing the University student/staff ID program and data systems; overseeing the implementation and usage of the campus dining program for approximately 3,800 students, managing the University prepaid debit (Purple Points) program and related data systems and financial systems; managing the Warhawk Food Pantry to provide support for those experiencing food insecurity; and managing the University Center technology hardware and computer assistants. I supervise, directly and indirectly, 2.0 FTE and fifteen student employees.

The Associate Director for the James R. Connor University Center has administrative, supervisory, programmatic, and fiscal responsibility for the University Center Reservations Office, HawkCard Office, University Ticket Services, and UC technology hardware, and software. This position develops and coordinates the marketing plan for any/all of these areas in collaboration with the UC Promotions Coordinator.
