David was in the unique position of being both the graduate assistant for Fraternity/Sorority Life at CSU and an alumnus of our organization. David's tireless efforts to improve the quality of student life at CSU demonstrated his commitment to the students of the university and passion for student involvement. CSU faced serious challenges as a commuter school with a very low sense of campus community, and David was able to help student leaders make significant improvements in their community.
