With over 24 years of experience in real estate development, I am a seasoned and strategic leader with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable living spaces and successful operating platforms (in both construction and development) that produce outstanding results. As the President of Development at Aspen Heights Partners, I oversaw a national development platform of conventional multi family, student housing, and build to rent verticals, with a total value of over $1.5 billion. In my role at Aspen Heights Partners, I was responsible for the entire development cycle, from site selection and acquisition/entitlements to design and construction, to leasing and disposition. I led a team of over 50 professionals across multiple disciplines and regions, and established/leveraged strong relationships with investors, lenders, contractors, and consultants.
