As the Regional Vice President at LeChase Construction, I oversee the operations and business development of the Capital Region in New York, delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions for a diverse range of clients and sectors.Before joining LeChase in 2022, I was the President of Sano-Rubin Construction Services, a 108-year-old family-owned company that provides general contracting, construction management, design-build, program consulting, and development services. Under my leadership, Sano-Rubin achieved multiple awards for safety, excellence, and partnering, and completed significant projects in healthcare, housing, cultural, commercial, and municipal buildings. I also serve on the boards of several industry and community organizations, and support causes such as the American Cancer Society's Real Men Wear Pink campaign.
