Key Responsibilities:• Key member of the Global IT Leadership Team• Direct management for all Navitas businesses within the Australasia region to support the implementation of Group IT Strategy• Partnering with and being a trusted advisor to C-level executives• Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders and global IT shared service teams• Support the businesses with managing their operational demand for IT systems and services, through agreed service levels, and in identifying new opportunities for automation and technology-led business transformation• Collaborate with IT teams on a global basis to meet the agreed operational services, to secure support for key initiatives and to ensure the successful transition of new projects into valuable business tools• Co-ordinate and manage supplier/vendor contracts, oversee IT budgets

Successfully plan, manage, track, facilitate and deliver Group IT projects through their life cycle. In particular, I was responsible for the coordination and communications of activities of the operations portfolio of projects.

A significant part of this role was managing the relationships between Navitas and our IT vendors (Hardware / Software and service providers). Within my role I was also tasked with managing / maintaining all of Navitas IT assets, this included a fleet of mobile phones and also thousands of leased assets.

The Integrity Group is a recruitment company comprising of three divisions: Staffing, Industrial and Executive. A significant part of this role within the company involves the interviewing, selection, technical testing and validating the references of all candidates applying for Information Technology positions. It is also essential that I am fully aware of the specific requirements for new vacancies that clients require. The other principle aspect of my role involves providing IT support within the company and managing the computer system and its users.

I worked alongside civil engineers in the development of a new dual carriageway that was under construction between Arbroath and Dundee. This involved assisting the setting out of the ground in preparation for the construction of the road and its associated structures.
