Key achievements include:• Delivered strategic review of the remit of IT, including service offering, technology platform, business process and department culture. This review resulted in a programme of organisational change that delivered a new IT Structure and business process re-engineering to enhance standardisation and reduce risk. • Led the creation of strategic roadmaps for all core IT platforms, gained executive level buy in through effective stakeholder management and robust commercial modelling. • Led the design, build and rollout of a new “instore” eCommerce platform to enable a new product set and channel to market. This channel is now responsible for > £2m of revenues per month. • Restructured failing outsourcing agreement to deliver cost savings of ~£200k per annum through and an enhanced cost management and forecasting framework and improved the delivery from the supplier by designing and implementing new standard operating model within the business and supplier teams. • Programme Managed business wide change programme to introduce customer self-service functionality to the UK call centre. The System now handles 65% of all calls entering the Call Centre. Leading to cashable cost savings of ~ £1m pa. • Implemented business wide project authorisation and portfolio planning process, containing operational and board level stakeholders to managed project portfolio of >£10m, containing IT and non IT projects
