Led the Procter & Gamble U.S. Cascade brand to record profits and market share despite a competitive environment. Responsibilities included developing the brand strategy, marketing plan, and executing the marketing elements. In addition, let the launch of two new products from the initial consumer insight to store shelves including developing the packaging, pricing, color, scent, advertising, and the sales pitch to customers. Results exceeded all pre-launch success criteria.
