David MacMain is an attorney whose has spent over 30 years representing, defending and advising police professionals, corrections administrators, public officials and insurance professionals throughout the country on issues involving civil rights, employment, municipal law and professional liability. David served as Pennsylvania State Trooper stationed at the Avondale, Chester County Barracks prior to beginning his law career. He has been named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" multiple times in the field of Civil Rights as selected by an anonymous survey of lawyers and judges statewide, representing the top five percent of all lawyers in Pennsylvania.
