Lead a team of Functional Analysts in supporting the HCM System. Specific areas include CoreHR, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Occupational Health, and Functional Security.• Worked with the Service Center and local HR clients to prioritize, lend design help, and manage development budget for our quarterly release schedule. Preparations include approvals, Functional Design Document (FDD) review, technical reviews, testing plan reviews (including integration points), presentation to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).• Helped manage all our tickets to preset SLA’s and managed the most successful team for on-time delivery of release objectives.• Created a series of user meetings, release notes, and communication sessions to ensure end-user understanding of forthcoming changes to the system. This format was later adopted by other modules (Finance and Supply Chain).• Helped lead conversion transition preparations during cutover weekends where HCM is recognized as the leader in preparation and organization.• Negotiated process and design changes with the Service Center while trying to control scope creep.• Helped to form our processes/questionnaire for sizing new entities due to large M&A work being added to deployed health systems.• Participate, help drive, and serve as the SME for internal process changes in change management, release management, internal process control in the functional space.HCM Testing Team - Defect Coordinator• Coordinated with and off-shore and on-shore testing and application development teams during a year-long follow the sun test phase.• Used HP Quality Center ALM to triage, report, and action defects for IT fixing manage thousands of defects to resolution.• Served as the HR representative in defect and test execution meetings with senior leadership.• Coordinated teams of functional and IT groups to help troubleshoot critical HR process defects.
