Contract role as part of the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) programme aimed with modernising and transforming network operation systems. Involved with data analysis, process review, options analysis, design and technical delivery during Phase 1 of the project. Key deliverables included developing guidelines for reducing alarm volume, software, process and data design for digitising switching operations and providing subject matter expertise for developing a consolidated network model. Lead the technical design and delivery of a new eMAP geographical display showing the real-time status of the network for operating and dispatching field crews.

Shifted into technical delivery role during Covid lockdown to replace an existing IT Service Management solution with ServiceNow platform, and later expanded the ServiceNow platform with custom applications and new modules.

Initially a consulting role with Kiwibank as part of their in-house IT team, involved with an organisation-wide change programme to support new anti money laundering legislation. Role involving the documentation, re-design and re-build of software used in branches to onboard customers, verify their identity and manage their accounts and services. Moved back to base following the completion of the Kiwibank project to work in the Salesforce consultancy team. Lead delivery of projects for grants management solutions for Ministry of Primary Industries, Sports NZ and Wellington City Council. Promoted in 2014 and shifted focus to mentoring, client and project management, product development and sales.

Part of the project-based software consultancy team, initially involved with preparing responses to public and private tenders and project estimation. Lead the project and technical delivery for a CRM solution for the Department of Labour and Immigration Advisory Services. As part of small in-house team at Fujitsu, designed a grants management solution using Microsoft CRM and Azure for philanthropic organisations. The project won the Microsoft CRM Solution of the Year award and the product became the Fujitsu Grants Manager.

Client services teams responsible for co-ordinating support staff and services for Members of Parliament (MP). Responsible for Microsoft CRM platform to manage MP's service requests and queries around interpretations of the Speaker's directions. Involved in the design and implementation of a temporary restructure to delivery teams for the 2008 General Election. Expanded CRM to coordinate activities during the transition of government and provide daily reporting to the Chief Executive. Following the election period, the team was disestablished and I worked on projects to introduce payroll self service and a customer portal for MP's support staff to lodge requests directly.
