David Rowe left secondary education with A level Economics, Sociology and later went on to study accountancy and life assurance law.David had a very successful career working for in the Banking and Motor Finance Industry, becoming the youngest regional manager in the Country, for his employer. on leaving the UK to settle in Spain David ventured on a new direction.He joined a boiler room as a qualifier then broker.He was then approached by a property developer to set up a direct sales and telesales department. Working many years setting up Direct sales and Telesales operations for various property developers For Puravarna Resorts, David created the direct telesales and sales team and was able to launch the resort to the public.For Rushcliffe International, David created again a direct sale department, clients could purchase direct from the Developer rather than via an agent.Las Palmeras de Calahonda, Ocean pines, Benahavis Country Club were all launched.For Arenal 2000, David employed 25 Telesales and Direct sales staff and broke all records for selling Developer product Direct.In 2011 David decided to open his own bespoke Property Brokerage and promotions company, development company and private consultancy.Touchstone International offered clients the opportunity to purchase Spanish Bank Repossessed property direct from the Repossessing Bank, Purchase Their Own Promotions, or off market property.Due to ill health David moved back to the UK in 2023 and is currently not in active work.David has experience in Marketing, Telesales, Operations Management and also setting up Sales & Telesale Operations.
