I am responsible for designing, creating and maintaining the systems required for Mainstream to board merchants, ship equipment and supplies, bill merchants, pay sales agents and account for these activities. In addition, we have also created two-way interfaces to partners for merchant boarding and file maintenance. We subscribe to, and consume, various output files from two processors that provide us information relating to processing volumes, billing activities and summarized transaction activity and give meaningful access to this data in our proprietary systems. We are constantly creating new solutions to empower or sales partners and merchants.

I managed and led a staff of developers and managers to create, maintain and enhance the back office systems for RBS WorldPay, a transaction processing company in Atlanta. The systems that we maintained housed our customer information, boarded new customers of all sizes, performed automated underwriting, performed transaction fraud monitoring, provided workflow management, provided document management, automated exceptions processing (chargebacks) , managed bank transfer automation, calculated sales commissions and payroll, reported on transaction and billing activities via extranet websites for our merchants and ATM distributors, and automated ATM cash management and monitoring. My role was to lead a development and management staff of as many as 50 in project prioritization, planning and execution, create and execute the back office systems architectural roadmap as well as provide subject matter expertise to the business.
