Responsible for the day-to-day running of the video team, including design and implementation of the overarching video strategy; allocation of resources; planning, writing and editing of all video content; asset management (including establishing a system for logging and archiving); and research and development. Major projects include a six-part documentary series on social psychology for the University of East Anglia, with episodes such as “Prejudice”, “Conformity” and “Persuasion”, and research films on mental health and climate change.

Major projects included documentaries on assisted suicide, people smuggling and gun crime in the US (all for LBC).

Lead documentary filmmaker for a major study of tribal life in India. Responsible for sourcing and managing kit (video cameras, camera traps, 50+ batteries, microphones, Peli cases, hard drives, etc.), filming for up to 12 hours a day over a period of six months, transferring/logging footage, and training villagers in the use of digital video cameras. Edited a variety of outputs, including a 60-minute documentary, teaching aids and “Making of” videos for social media.
