Having previously advised the company through its start-up and seed funding rounds, I joined the board as a non-executive director in 2019 and was elected Chairman of the board in 2021.

Engaged by the Board and worked closely with the CEO as Business Development Manager. • Developed the clinical and economic value proposition including market quantification, technology, IP, competitor and value chain analysis • Worked with the CEO to identify potential investors and partners, to develop and deliver presentations, and to manage and respond to investor diligence queries • Negotiated investment terms and worked with professional service firms (solicitors, auditors & IP attorneys) to complete the transaction documentation• Completed an $18.5m Series C investment with six VC’s across four countries in three time zones.SilverCloud Health LimitedDigital health company delivering CBT therapy based solutions. Arranged, negotiated and completed €8.2m Series A round. CroiValve LImited (VP Business Development)CroiValve is a start-up company in the structural heart space which has in-licensed a technology for tricuspid valve repair from Trinity College Dublin. Arranged, negotiated and completed a €4.2m seed round.
