For the last 20 years, I have applied computational and mathematical techniques to the problems of drug discovery. I have done extensive scientific programing in developing new methods and cheminformatics desktop solutions. I have also applied many molecular modeling techniques to a variety of drug discovery programs at various stages. A large portion of my work has been focused on kinases and ADME particularly with developing QSAR models for estimating hERG blocking potential for small molecules.
