My role involves business leadership, overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, investor and lender interactions, M&A, and ensuring robust financial health and sustainability for the group.Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to leveraging financial data to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth at Wesfarmers. My experience spans across various sectors, including healthcare, industrials, technology and consumer goods, where I have successfully implemented financial strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance value for stakeholders. Prior to joining the corporates, I started my career in investment banking at Macquarie Group and Greenstone Partners.My approach to financial management is both analytical and strategic, always focusing on creating value and supporting the operational excellence of our dental practices. I am passionate about building high-performing leadership teams and mentoring talent.
