PRM Analytics is a startup product group within Milliman that uses proprietary predictive models to identify populations with modifiable risks and helps align care management services to the needs of individual patients. The product supports Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and similar entities as they transition to Value Based Care. As a startup product group within Milliman my role includes a wide range of responsibilities including:• Product management including feature planning, requirements gathering, and ensuring overall architecture of the software components supports our client’s business objectives.• Manage the client support and implementation teams including project management oversight of new client implementations.• Provide strategic input to senior management on potential new products, markets, and vendor/partners.• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.PRM Analytics has expertise in processing all types of data (claims, clinical, socio, etc.) and applying advanced predictive analytic methods to solve complex problems for our clients.

Supported multiple projects for healthcare consulting actuaries including: calculating health plan reserves, accountable care organization (ACO) reporting, and general data analyses. Provided mentoring and oversight to junior staff on projects and acted as project manager for client engagements. Lead an operations improvement project for a large pharmacy benefit manager.

Provide in depth analysis on business problems related to the processing of payments (paper and electronic) for M&I Bank. Develop and implement new processes to increase productivity and reduce errors. Develop and maintain Access Databases for management reporting and trend anaylsis.
