I am an accomplished executive with over 25 years’ experience in a range of human resources and specialist workplace relations positions. I have amassed transferrable experience across a diverse range of industries and in various size enterprises. This experience has allowed me to develop a broad repertoire of human resources, industrial relations and general managements skills. These skills include drafting employment agreements and IFAs, policies and procedures, negotiating enterprise agreements, recruiting, conducting performance management and disciplinary processes, conducting investigations, succession planning and programs, and due diligence for acquisitions and contract transitions.My passion is connecting WR to business strategy with practical and tangible outcomes.I have built a reputation as an effective advocate in the Fair Work Commission and SA Industrial Tribunals in which I have conducted all manner of cases including the modern award review litigation (s.156 FW Act), defending claims of unfair dismissal, breach of general protections, applications for industrial action orders, alleged discrimination claims, and underpayment of wages claims.
