Led engineering team that built & launched SoFi's Credit Card product

- Led ThoughtWorks product division (separate P&L), distributed across San Francisco, Bangalore, and London; included product management, engineering, marketing/evangelism, support and sales. - Launched 2 next-generation test automation products, Gauge and Taiko.- Evolved & modernized our Continuous Delivery product, GoCD, to both run on and build for cloud infrastructure.- Launched Snap CI, the first SaaS Continuous Delivery service.

- Led engineering across our 4 product teams.- Spearheaded the effort to bring continuous delivery to the world. We evangelized the concept, built the first tooling (GoCD), and educated everyone along the way.- Re-architected Mingle (agile project management) from single-tenant, on-prem model to multi-tenant SaaS (AWS) model. - Responsibilities included coding, architecture, technical vision, staffing, and budget.

- Oversaw technology and delivery for the first two years of Mingle (an agile project management tool), through the 2.0 release. Built a team from scratch. Shipped world's first electronic card wall.- Created technology that enabled agile development for both distributed teams and large enterprise teams, including the first electronic card wall.- Pioneering work in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and JRuby languages & frameworks.

- Led numerous transformational IT projects across organizations such as Gap, eBay, Macquarie Bank (Australia), and Washington Mutual (Chase).- Worked side-by-side with IT organizations on their most strategic projects to bring them out of the waterfall style of development into agile and XP-styles of working.
