CurrentWith an in-depth understanding of compressed air systems – and ways of improving them – I work hard to find solutions for Pennine Pneumatic Services’ customers across the UK. As a premier distributor for the global Atlas Copco Group, PPS is involved with the sale, hire and service of air compressors, as well as supplying spare parts and supplementary equipment. Since joining the company I have had extensive training in Atlas Copco products. My role involves finding out what the customer needs, looking at both the bigger picture and the detail, and then recommending the best option for them, based on my experience and product knowledge. Depending on the job required, I can find a speedy solutions to help a customer out of a jam or spend time working with them to establish the best long-term solution for their needs. My specialities include compression turnkey installations and I have an in-depth knowledge of Atlas Copco and other compressed air products.Because of my strong technical background, my customers trust me to come up with the best solutions for them. Customer service is all-important and I work hard to build long-term relationships with clients, some of whom I've worked with for more than 20 years.Like all of us who work with clients at the front end of the business, I rely on the support and teamwork of my PPS colleagues.
