This includes conducting preliminary due diligence of prospective entities and managing our deal-flow pipeline.- Engage in constructive discussions with brokers and business owners to gather essential data and insights, ensuring a clear portrayal of the business case for each investment opportunity.- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to understand the evolving landscapes of our target industries. This includes discerning the critical questions and developing innovative methods to gain information in challenging market scenarios.- Work closely with managers, the broader investment team, and interns to identify and evaluate potential deals. This encompasses start-up, real estate, and middle-market opportunities, providing valuable recommendations to our investors.- Prepare compelling presentations and reports that encapsulate the essence of potential investments, facilitating informed decision-making by internal teams.- Collaborate on business expansion projects and translate knowledge into user-friendly, comprehensible layouts for invested groups. This is complemented by real-time feedback from founders, business owners, and executives, driving continuous improvement.- Skillfully leverage various operational platforms, including Grata, IBIS World, BizMiner, BizBuySell, Notion, LinkedIn, GSuite, Zapier, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word, to drive efficiency and accuracy in our processes.
