David Joyslin is an attorney within Best & Flanagan’s Private Wealth Planning Section. He provides customized estate planning solutions for clients in all stages of life. Specifically, David advises clients on tax planning, charitable giving, business succession planning, estate administration and probate and trust matters. Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, David was a VP and Trust Officer for national banks, these experiences allows him to understand and advise individual and corporate trustees on the proper administration of trusts and estates.David is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN and Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD. David serves as co-editor the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is a regular presenter for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education.
