Senior Business Operations Manager
CurrentWork in conjunction with Separately Managed Account (“SMA”) business management in growing and managing SMA business opportunities. Manages initiatives and interacts with various internal departments, external partners, vendors, and clients. • Support all aspects of the Separately Managed Account (“SMA”) business to include client, product and business development initiatives for the SMA business. • Maintain primary responsibility for various business processes such as vetting foreign client jurisdictions, sponsor certifications and managing the MNPI monitoring process for SMAs.• Coordinate documentation and follow-up of the various working groups that meet in support of the SMA business.• Maintain and update compliance policies created to support the business, as well as conduct annual reviews of aforementioned polices.• Conduct compliance monitoring as it relates to side-by-side management of SMAs and Mutual Funds.• Maintain product/client status for communication to various internal groups (Senior Management, Compliance, Sales, Operations and Marketing) requiring updates and direction.• Manage the legal, regulatory, financial, investment management, operational, marketing and distribution aspects of client and product requirements from approval, through implementation and into active management.
