CurrentActing Director of Operations (formerly Program Coordinator) with responsibilities including:- Design, implement, oversee camp-wide communications, logistics and procedures year-round- Coordinate with vendors, manage the scheduling, payment, and bus transportation for off-site excursions (field-trips and daily swimming shuttle to two pool locations) for all camp units- Coordinate security and maintenance of camping facilities, including the supervision staff- Design and oversee program wide arrival and departure of 600+ campers, including implementation of COVID protocols, management of traffic, and camper safety- Collaborate with neighborhood stakeholder groups including the Village of Skokie, Skokie Fire Department, Skokie Police Department, JUF, and JFMC- Supervise the move-in and move-out procedures of truckloads of camping equipment and supplies and maintain accurate records and inventories in order to ensure proper delivery
