During my time at PNC, I drove the discovery, validation, definition, build, and launch of indi, a bank account for gig workers. Following the launch, I managed both the banking product as well as the digital experience, and helped grow our team to serve the needs of our expanding product. During my 7 years at Niche, I oversaw the product as it grew from having a limited digital presence into the largest US college search website by traffic (24x growth) and reputation. By the time I left, an estimated 1 in 3 US college-bound high school seniors used Niche as a part of their college search.
