- Worked directly with CIO to lead Gamma’s investment branch, charged with the entire deal process from sourcing/underwriting, to investor relations/equity raising, to close/post-close asset management.- Underwrote over $2bn of investment grade value-add deals (typically within the 20-200m range), acquiring $200m across the eastern US. Acted in sponsor capacity in all GP/LP joint ventures, handling asset renovation, long-term operations management/property management, investor quarterly reporting, and more.- Actively managed a portfolio of 2m sqft of multifamily and retail space across 6 primary markets, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Austin, and Jacksonville.- Interfaced daily with each property’s property management team to guide in executing leasing strategy, coordinate vendors, and optimize operations. Conducted site visits with each portfolio asset’s PM team to craft annual budgets and review/remediate ongoing issues.

- Collaborated with a team of real estate professionals to raise and invest a multi-million dollar closed PE funds focused on high end multifamily and office space.- Corresponded with and targeted new high net worth investors, providing asset management reports, current metrics, and future financial projections.- Created Excel & Argus DCF models for in-depth feasibility analysis on all potential acquisitions.
