Directed economic and valuation analyses for the strategic planning and M&A process. Instituted a global liquidity program to reduce borrowing costs. Member of the Executive team that established Camp Coleman retail stores. Established a Trade Accounts Receivable program as a domestic financing vehicle. Recruited to direct all aspects of Treasury operations worldwide while overseeing a staff of six professionals. Collaborated with the Director of International Tax to develop tax and cost effective methods for repatriating overseas cash and financing overseas operations. In addition, worked on Estee Lauder IPO as Treasury representative.Established and directed treasury operations in the Belgian Coordination Center including centralized cash management structures for Europe and Asia, global liquidity management and foreign exchange management. Designed, implemented, and managed a global foreign exchange hedging program.
