Founded and expanded a new franchise in Orlando and nationally within the after-school industry, specializing in youth golf instruction. As part of TGA, the leading school-based golf program in North America, I played a key role in making golf accessible to PK-8th grade students by implementing a unique, professionally designed curriculum directly at schools. TGA's innovative approach, utilizing modified equipment and lesson plans developed by golf professionals and education experts, provides students with foundational skills that promote both athletic and personal growth.Joining as the eighth territory during the early stages of national expansion, I collaborated with leadership to refine instructional programs and contributed to the brand’s growth, expanding to over 26 locations. In the Orlando market, I successfully grew the franchise to 25 schools, managed a team of 35 instructors, and oversaw the delivery of approximately 250 lessons per week.
