• My research project was based around creating and developing a mixing model within a white dwarf in order to compute the i-process nucleosynthesis (production of heavy elements such as gold and lead) within it. With.
• Utilized JupyterLab and Docker to create complex cloud computing environments for the analysis of simulation data, the development of scientific models, and parallelized scientific simulations on a variety of hardware.
• Implemented the MomsDataSet API to incorporate the use of the 3D hydrodynamic data output of simulations with our suite of scientific analysis tools (see Projects section)
• Designed and implemented a novel 1D advective transport algorithm to mix fluids in stellar interiors for nucleosynthesis calculations (see two-stream-mixing in my Projects section for details)
