We've given our technology infrastructure a serious upgrade to make sure our members have the best experience possible. From revamping our website to modernizing our marketing materials, we're making sure we're not just keeping up with the times but setting the standard.By launching a new checking account program and transitioning to a member-centric digital banking platform, we've not only increased our reach but also made banking easier and more convenient for our members.• And speaking of growth, I'm thrilled to say that we've seen some serious progress on that front. We've expanded our asset base from $170M to $230M, hitting some major milestones along the way. Plus, we've managed to maintain and even enhance our CAMEL rating by prioritizing compliance and operational efficiency.• But it's not just about the numbers; it's about impact. That's why I'm particularly proud of securing Low-Income designation credit union status, allowing us to better serve and support underserved communities.• At the end of the day, it's all about continuous improvement. By investing in our team, embracing innovation, and staying connected to our community, we're not just building a successful credit union; we're building a better future for everyone we serve
