It was all about dotting our I's and crossing our T's, making sure we were on the right track to compliance and success.• One of the coolest projects I got to spearhead was the implementation of an indirect lending program. Talk about shaking things up! Not only did it open up new lending opportunities, but it also helped us diversify our revenue streams, which was a win-win all around.• But it wasn't just about numbers and procedures; it was also about fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. I wanted my team to feel empowered to think outside the box and embrace change. And boy, did they deliver!
