I over see the training and development of all my staff over five different functional areas. I work with leadership on strategies to engage our potential students and provide support to them through the enrollment process.

I over see several Offices including Admissions and Records, Welcome Center, Call Center, and Assessment. I work with state reporting, graduation, enrollment outreach, and records retention.

As the Registrar I am responsible for ensuring that all student files are kept in accordance to federal and state regulations. I continually monitor and update the school's student information system so that other operational areas have up to date accurate information. I provide assistance and guidance to all other functional ares of the college including admissions, student financial services, and academic affairs. Along with the need support I enforce academic policy such as attendance, grades, and student academic progress. I actively serve as a member of the Academic Affairs Leadership team, the school retention committee, and the orientation committee.

As the Associate Registrar, I am responsible for evaluating all incoming transcripts for possible transfer credit. I work closely with the department directors to create the master schedule for each upcoming quarter. I assist the registrar with policy enforcement and deal with issues pertaining to FERPA. I also assist in registering the new students for their first quarter schedule and participate in New Student Orientation.

I currently advise 600 Culinary Arts students. I monitor attendance. I meet weekly with students who are at risk for termination. I collaborate with faculty and directors on student retention and persistence.
