Finance Director of 2e2's five international subsidiaries (Spain, Ireland, Channel Islands, Netherlands and Isle of Man), co-ordinating with finance teams in each country for production of monthly accounts, forecasts, annual budgets and various other projects relating to the restructuring of the businesses.

I provide interim accounting services to businesses, including assistance with year-end, budgeting, production of financial models and implementation/development of accounting and payroll systems.
