Highlights, Projects & Key Roles:- Worked in Business Process Manager/Analyst role beside client and EY resources in effort to develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) POC with the goal of proving out technology and creating efficiency in selected Distributor to Distributor Inventory transaction process for Fortune 500, international HVAC equipment and parts manufacture.- Rollout Lead / Change Management Lead (inclusive of Training and Support Implementation) for $11MM SAP CPQ software implementation for a Fortune 500, international HVAC equipment and parts manufacture. Managed onsite and offsite, client and Accenture resources.- In a unique arrangement, held on-going management position of “Distributor Connectivity” program for Fortune 500, international HVAC equipment and parts manufacture. This role requires the spearheading of engaging 200+ external independent distributors (client customers) for the purposes of presenting and gaining agreements to utilized EDI and FTP interfaces for multiple types of transacting and data sharing/reporting. Worked with and managed multiple resources between multiple internal organizations, both in the business and IT. Accomplished a 50%+ gain in order dollars being submitted electronically, removing the need for customers and/or internal resources to rekey orders.- Worked as Business Analyst in SAP implementation for Fortune 500, international HVAC equipment and parts manufacture.
