I am a seasoned international development professional with a strong track record of driving impactful projects in East and West Africa. My current role as East Africa Regional Director at DAI – USAID Africa Trade and Investment Program involves managing relationships with USAID and other stakeholdres, overseeing implementation of buy-in activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.As the former YALI Regional Coordinator for USAID/West Africa, I coordinated initiatives across nine West African countries, empowering young African leaders and ensuring program sustainability. My role as Chief of Party/Director at Deloitte East Africa's YALI Regional Leadership Center involved strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and program quality assurance.I've also worked as a consultant in organizational development and learning & development for various organizations, and co-founded WYLDE International, contributing to corporate development and learning initiatives.
