Oversaw extensive heritage conservation work including strategic risk management, research, sourcing and tendering. Managed contract TORs & SLAs, value engineering, cost control, certification and delivery of world's first floating museum pontoon. Oversaw advocacy, campaigning, media and communications, capacity building, volunteer management, project implementation, financial reporting, impact evaluation and delivery of KPIs to deadline and budget. Recruited high level patrons, negotiated & managed royal visits, chaired Trustee Board.
