I work as quality engineer for Scania CV in Södertälje in final assembling PRU unit with 1100 employees, my work covers the areas of process quality, quality analysis, continuous improvement and internal audits in the areas of quality ISO 9001 and Environmental ISO 14001.I work cross functionally across all lines of PRU unit and in my role i lead quality projects and supports production and assembly areas are in complex quality problems, I work with tools as Six Sigma, 7QC, Kaizen and 8-step model for improvement where I trained to train leaders in Scania.

Worked as Lean Manager and Project Manager with responsibility for three Swedish mills and one unit in Russia and one in Poland with a view to improving and developing business systems and quality, and to develop production processes and quality work on all devices.
