I am a member of a global team, leading search projects in the US and Europe. In my role I manage internal teams and develop executive level talent, working closely with the candidates while also overseeing client relationships. Our focus is on pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, and related service industries (large and small, public and private). In addition, I pursue new business development opportunities and have a key account management role, helping to win new business and develop active clients into more robust accounts.

As the sole recruiter for the company in North America, I was a Senior Associate/recruiter with this international retained executive search firm, where I identified and qualified executive level talent for a wide variety of roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech and chemical verticals. This included large and emerging companies in addition to contract manufacturers and contract researchers (CMO and CRO). The opportunities we worked on included C level across functions, sales & business development executives, marketing, operations, clinical professionals, MD's, Chief Scientific Officers, Medical Directors, regulatory affairs & quality, lab managers, supply chain, pharmacovigilance, project management, program management, executive officers, country & business unit partners, managed markets executives, etc. My assignments spanned the USA, Europe, Canada and South America. I am adept at handling and prioritizing multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring that clients receive ongoing attention and regular updates.

Kassel Search functioned primarily on a contingency basis. My responsibilities encompassed full life cycle recruiting, including client business development and candidate identification and development, interview preparation, salary negotiations, etc. From management to executive level candidates, I am skilled at locating talent across the board and have the resources to do so consistently.Industries focused on included digital media, interactive and search engine marketing (SEM & SEO) and some IT. Clients ranged from corporate giants to start-ups. This was a full life cycle recruiting operation.
