I am passionate about people's personal development and offer:• Individual guidance and group guidance for managers and professionals in the health care system• Team development• Conflict management• Support in change processes• Crisis support• Child and adolescent psychiatric consultation and treatmentI have 30 years of work experience in health care in a number of different roles, such as nurse, pediatrician and chief physician in child and adolescent psychiatry in parallel with 17 years of research in medical management, organizational and innovation knowledge at the Medical Management Center, Karolinska Institutet.As a child and adolescent psychiatrist, I support children, adolescents and their parents by creating understanding and context and contributing to improved collaboration. It makes sense to be involved and contribute to giving young people improved conditions for a positive personal development.Together with research colleagues, I have developed and studied various team and leadership programs for managers and physicians in the health care system and conducted studies of collaboration and organizational learning in the public sector.
