David's current role at Intermountain Health is a Senior Director in Digital Technology Services (DTS). He leads the efforts of data professionals supporting insights and decisions for Clinical Shared Services, Clinical Excellence (Patient Experience), Office of Research, Self-Service Data, and Intermountain Ventures.Prior to joining Intermountain, David was the Senior Director of Data Science at Health Catalyst. He also held a number of research and leadership roles with ARUP Laboratories and the Department of Pathology at the University of Utah.His undergraduate degree was in molecular biology from Brigham Young University, then completed both Masters and PhD Informatics training at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
