I have a decade of experience across Leveraged and Corporate Finance, during which I have developed the ability to solve commercial problems creatively; the tenacity to deliver challenging projects on time and on spec; and the capacity to deliver complex quantitative and qualitative analysis that is succinct and reasoned.Recently, I have been helping to grow Epsilon Direct Lending as the first employee, assisting in transaction execution along with implementing a CRM system, credit rating framework, portfolio management system and writing standard operating procedures. I am passionate about Epsilon's mission - to provide flexible and creative financing solutions to middle market companies (which are the growth engine of the Australian Economy), while delivering attractive, stable returns for investors, in all cases operating with the highest levels of integrity, reliability, and transparency. On a personal level, I am a keen squash player, I enjoy organising and participating in team and community events, I love food & travel (COVID allowing) and organic wine, and take an interest in the global finance & fintech ecosystem.
