I want to be an integral part of creating and growing strategies and successful teams that produce measurable results that consistently exceed goals.My passion is helping companies create and build sales strategies, and the structures and processes to support them, to optimize their success. I deeply respect companies and leaders who vaIue sales talent retention and development strategies. I have built state-of-the-art sales talent development programs, sales manager leadership development experiences, and sales force effectiveness strategies. With this in mind, I co-founded and managed a very successful integrated talent acquisition and talent development start-up. I believe that there are better ways to hire, develop, and retain exceptional talent, and build a culture that is customer-focused, values-driven, and accountable.
