My role included deployment and support of business applications, websites and web servers for internal Alcoa customers. This often required vendor and customer interaction, from the Business Process Owners, Infrastructure Management including Architecture, Security, Change Control, and Compliance to 3rd party vendors and end users to ensure the applications or processes worked as expected while working within company rules and regulations

I performed Deskside Support of Client Workstations, including application installations, troubleshooting and resolution of local client workstation issues and printer problems. This includes customer service to a wide range of end users, from Executives (C-level) customers to temporary employees (interns). Additionally, document creation to update the local Knowledge Base with resolutions to issues and problems were performed. Finally tracking daily customer problem calls and analyzing the data for trends was done on a regular basis.

My initial role included documenting the staging process for HP Servers for Windows Server Operating Systems. That role transitioned into scheduling and planning the staging queue for windows clients at an Alcoa location with 400-500 personnel. This included performing the staging, distribution and troubleshooting of windows clients.
