Negotiated labor and materials contracts for complete interior renovations for 500 units and supervised the scope of work to completions. Negotiated and executed exterior contracts for 6 properties in excess of 130 buildings at a cost of over 4 million dollars and supervised the scopes of work to completion. Supervised and worked the day to day operations and activities on 10 multi-family apartment homes consisting of over 1200 units and over 70 employees.

Middle school teacher and coach for 8 years I was honored to create a lasting impact on children and their families in the classroom and on the field. Liaison with engineering on product support and design.• Negotiated long term bulk purchasing contracts for electrical harness, wood products and plywood, flat and rolled steel products, tires and wheels, and at one time but not all at once during my tenure at Great Dane Trailers I was responsible for all purchased materials necessary to produce over the road trailers.

During a collapsed market, I started and co-owned and operated a business resurfacing counter tops, tubs, and sinks in the multi-family apartment industry located in Dallas Texas. I was co-owner and chief operator of this business with a profit of margin increase of 50,000 dollars annually. I was called back to work by my previous employer Great Dane Trailers in 1992 (see above).
